About me

I build. I ship.I teach.

I'm a Technical Project Manager and Lead Trainer. I take SaaS, AI, Blockchain and Cloud products from idea to production, and I train developers to do the same.

Product delivery & team leadership

Not a theorist. Not a generalist.

Delivery experience and classroom experience, in the same person.

Most of my work sits where two things meet: shipping real products under real deadlines, and teaching other people how to do it. I've delivered 500+ projects across SaaS, AI, Blockchain and Cloud, logged 10,000+ GitHub contributions, and trained 2,000+ developers in AI, web development and emerging technologies.

Shipping keeps my teaching honest. I don't teach patterns I haven't used in production, and the curricula I design come from problems I've actually had to solve. Teaching keeps my shipping sharp. Explaining a decision to a room of learners exposes weak reasoning fast, and that habit carries into architecture reviews and sprint planning.

As Technical Project Manager at P2P Clouds, I lead SaaS delivery from architecture decisions to sprint execution. As Lead Trainer and AI Instructor at Ideoversity, NeXskill and SkillUstad, I teach the next generation of builders.

My academic background includes the Rector's Merit Academic Award from UMT, and my project experience spans Pakistan, the USA and the Middle East. I bridge academic rigour and production-grade delivery.

What I do

Three jobs that feed each other.

I ship production systems

I lead products from first architecture decisions through sprint execution to release. That means scoping, choosing the stack, setting up repositories and CI, reviewing code, managing the backlog, and making sure what ships is maintainable. My range covers AI/ML, Generative AI, Blockchain, Smart Contracts, DApps and AWS/GCP/Azure cloud services.

I train the next generation

I teach AI, web development and emerging technologies, with curricula I designed from scratch around industry demand. Sessions are project-first: learners build something real, hit real errors, and leave able to repeat the process alone.

I lead with credibility

10,000+ GitHub contributions and an academic record backed by the Rector's Merit Academic Award. International delivery experience across Pakistan, the USA and the Middle East means I'm comfortable with different markets, expectations and time zones.

    AI Instructor

Curricula designed from scratch, taught project-first.

How I work

The habits that keep projects on track.

Ship small, ship often

A working version in front of users beats a perfect version in a private repo. I break work into releases that can be tested, measured and corrected.

Architecture first, then speed

Ten minutes spent on data models, boundaries and naming saves weeks later. I make the structural decisions early and write them down.

Teach the why

Whether it's a student or a junior on the team, copying code doesn't build skill. Explaining the trade-off does. The same habit makes my project handovers easy to follow.

Own the outcome

Delivery isn't the commit that merges. It's the feature working in production, documented, and understood by whoever maintains it next.

Say what's realistic

I'll tell you what fits the timeline and budget, and what doesn't, before work starts rather than after it slips.

Common questions

What kind of projects do you take on?

SaaS platforms, AI agents and chatbots, web apps in Next.js and the MERN stack, cloud deployments, and blockchain products such as smart contracts and DApps. If it needs to be designed, built and shipped, it's in scope.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. I've delivered projects across Pakistan, the USA and the Middle East, and I'm used to working across time zones with clear async updates.

Can you train my team?

Yes. I run training in AI, web development and emerging technologies, and can tailor a curriculum to your team's stack and level.

How do we start?
